My Birthday gift from Coca Cola Congo….

Dumplings in Lubutu!!!!

總之，麵粉不對，皮太厚，肥肉太少。 從早上十一點開始和麵，做麵團。 和後自己把肉從豬後腿上去皮，從骨頭上刨下來，切成塊，丟進絞肉機兩次。 扮水，切蔥，和餡兒。 桿麵皮（後來是黎巴嫩藥師幫我桿的），包餃子。 然後五點被叫去開急診刀，結果刀六點開完，病人一路沒有醒（到晚上十點）還是沒醒。 先回家吃飯，餃子已經被炸成義大利Ravioli，還好留了兩盤給我煮。 煮出來的餃子真的不若炸成Ravioli好吃。罷了。 但至少是餃子啦。 悲慘的是回到醫院，病人還是沒醒，後來又來了剖腹產。 三點鐘直接在醫院坐在椅子上睡到隔天早上…….

這是一篇作業…所以..看過就好了。 某晚，Lubutu HGR(Hopital Général de Référence)急診室來了個13歲的女孩，Leontine。就診原因為急性腹痛，外科醫師Piérre診斷為急性腹膜炎，大約在晚間十點半左右送入手術室進行剖腹探查 (Explore Laparotomy)。
